Each year thousands of people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. At Lauren’s Face the Day our goal is to help those individuals with our annual Purple Day Event. Created in 2010, Purple Day has brought together members of our community to help raise awareness for pancreatic cancer. All proceeds go towards PANCAN a United States-based 501 charity.
Everyone has the ability to make the world a better place. If you or your company is interested in donating raffle prizes, food or entertainment for the event, please feel free to contact us. We can’t wait until our next Purple Day Event in November to share a magical evening with our clients united in such a great cause.
Purple Day is a wonderful cause to participate in along with an excellent marketing opportunity for your business. Donors receive a spot on our website in addition to a mention on all of our social media channels. Marketing material can also be added to our Purple Day goodie bags.
Donations can consist of food, beverages, entertainment, décor, raffle prizes or anything else you would be kind enough to consider donating.
In 2010 the co-fuder of Lauren’s Face the Day, Alan Sales, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer,a disease with a less than 11% survival rate and few treatment options. The team at Lauren’s Face the Day Spa decided that a change needed to be made and Purple Day was founded. Although Alan lost his battle, Lauren’s Face the Day continues the tradition with an evening event at the Spa that hosts live entertainment, food, wine, raffle prizes and an auction. We have raised over $25,000.00 for Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and we are committed to making a change.

Our mission is to provide an environment where silence and soft conversation reign. Please be sure to turn off your cell phone so that your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed.
